Return Policy

We value our customers and nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. We are confident in the quality of our products, therefore if you are unhappy with any of your Phantoms products, simply contact us or email including your order number within 14 days of receipt and we will either replace your product or reimburse you. Damaged, broken, missing or parts that have been tampered with will not be refunded. Due to health regulations, none of our eLiquid products are returnable or refunded.


Phantoms eLiquid does stand behind its products and loyal customers with a Limited Lifetime Battery Warranty. If the Phantoms eCigarette battery supplied with all our qualifying kits ever fails to perform properly, simply contact us or email including your order number. If you qualify for our Limited Lifetime Battery Warranty your replacement battery will be shipped to you immediately.

The components of your Phantoms eCigarette kit have been crafted for a perfect fit and match. We can, in no way, guarantee the performance or safety of any non-Phantoms products. The use on any other manufacturers product will immediately render any warranty claim null and void. You also use any non-Phantoms products at your own risk and liability.

a) Purchase a qualifying bundle or kit through our online store
b) Made any purchase from our online store within 60 days prior to the date of your claim
c) Replacement requests accepted from original purchaser only
d) Limit 2 replacements per year.

LIMITED LIFETIME BATTERY WARRANTY will not apply to any battery that:

a) Has been used with any non-Phantoms products whatsoever
b) Has been tampered with, serviced, repaired or modified in any way
c) Has been used in any application outside its intended function
d) Has had any physical misuse, abuse or damage
